Valley Properties was set up in 2011 to provide quality accommodation for students in York. We have three houses. A three bedroom, a five bedroom and an eight bedroom. All our houses are kept to a very high standard, you will be impressed. We don't use agents so you will always deal with one of us. We own the properties and will always deal with any problems immediately. Our houses have been fully refurbished very recently with all new equipment and furniture.
